The founders of Strategic Focus are experienced entrepreneurs Jo & Sam Taylor, they offer hands-on personal support to start-up, small and medium sized businesses, enabling them to achieve their aspirations for growth.

We aim through step by step analysis of a business to provide a frame work for it to grow and flourish.
